Subaru Express Lube Technician

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated people to team up with us as a Subaru Express Lube Technician, at Doug Smith Subaru. As a part of our fast-paced Express department, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and basic repairs on Subaru and other vehicles. Additional responsibilities include cleaning and stocking the shop as well as assisting with Pre-delivery insoections and other various tasks. Experience is not required but is preferred. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services
• Perform full vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical problems
• Complete all services in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Keep accurate records of all services performed
• Continuously strive to increase productivity and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Help with Pre-delivery inspections and other various tasks.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
