Job Description :
As a Compliance Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the organizations efforts to adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will assist in monitoring and enforcing compliance processes, investigating potential violations, and helping to mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
Assist in conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.
Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
Review and analyze documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Respond to inquiries from internal teams regarding compliance matters and provide appropriate solutions.
Assist in preparing and submitting compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
Support training initiatives on compliance topics to ensure staff is informed about relevant legal and regulatory updates.
Investigate potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and organized compliance records and documentation.
Qualifications :
Prior experience in compliance, auditing, risk management, or a related field is a plus.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) a plus.
