We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Compliance Specialist to ensure that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills attention to detail and a deep understanding of IT compliance frameworks and security standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement IT compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assess compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR HIPAA ISO 27001 SOC 2).
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance measures are integrated into operations.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities findings and remediation efforts.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging regulatory changes and advise leadership on necessary adjustments.
- Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
