New concept opening in North Naples! Modern, upscale Italian restaurant - Dough Daddyz Kick'n Pizza Kitch'n is looking for experienced servers! A positive, friendly attitude is an absolute must! Previous serving experience is highly desirable, but we are willing to train exceptional candidates with no experience who are eager to learn and positively promote our brand. An ability to multi-task, anticipate guest needs, and take multiple food and drink orders quickly and accurately with high attention to detail is necessary to succeed in this role.
Server Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders accurately and with a positive attitude.
- Write down or memorize guest orders and enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
- Engage with all guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including specials, with the ability to make suggestions and recommendations to guests.
- Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take swift action to correct any problems or mistakes respectfully.
- Prepare guest checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
- Help bus tables when necessary, assist other servers as needed, and complete side work and cleaning duties as designated by FOH manager.
Server Requirements:
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, ability to work well under pressure, and maintain composure and respectful communication when engaging with all guests and other staff members.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders promptly.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
- High school diploma, is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
