Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials management.
Manage the warehouse staff to achieve a satisfactory and efficient workflow
Manage the logistic team to fulfill the delivery schedule in a timely manner
Corporate with purchasing and other departments to plan for shipment receiving, including unloading shipments, inspecting material, inventory location transfers, and stocking shelves
In charge of maintaining safety standards to ensure that products are dispatched and delivered safely and efficiently.
Maintain and update inventory records in a working sheet or system and transmit to related department
Participate in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Other duties may be assigned
Requirements, Skills, and Abilities
3 years of experience in management and knowledge of expected warehouse practices
Food / Restaurant / Manufacturing industry experience is a must
Basic mathematical skill level required to verify inventory, order accuracy, and other quality-driven initiatives
Preferred knowledge using Warehouse Management Systems
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability and willingness to work a flexible Full-Time schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
Fluent in oral and written Chinese and English preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
