Job Responsibilities: As the Quality Control Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellence by ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout every roofing project.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing residential & commercial roofing projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Conducting thorough inspections to identify any areas of concern and ensuring corrective measures are implemented promptly.
Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and construction teams to address quality-related issues and provide guidance.
Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols to enhance project outcomes.
Documenting and maintaining accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in residential &/or commercial roofing oversight is a MUST.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, construction techniques, and quality control standards.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,000.00 per week
