POSITION SUMMARY :
Douglas County PUD offers Student Trainee positions to postsecondary students during the summer break months.
Work start and end dates can accommodate student availability and vary depending on school schedules. These
positions provide work experience in a professional environment. This position is full time (40 hours per week),
Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. The length of employment for this position may not exceed 5
months. The hourly rate for this position is $17.58.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Assist the Customer Service department by answering phones, opening mail, taking payments, handling
cash, processing service orders, and performing data entry.
