Position: Advertising / Marketing Coordinator
Location: Long Island Corporate Office – Huntington, NY
Reports to: Marketing Manager and Advertising Manager

POSITION PURPOSE
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will manage our agent marketing experience and drive strategic initiatives to enhance brand awareness for Douglas Elliman. This role involves supporting the development and execution of customized marketing requests and strategies, coordinating marketing campaigns across social media, print, events, and client acquisition and retention efforts.
You will provide clear and detailed instructions to the design team on deliverables, ensuring a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
In this position, you will oversee the onboarding of agents, guiding them in utilizing Douglas Elliman’s best-in-class marketing programs and tools. You will also focus on brand management, agent retention, content creation, and social media management while assisting real estate agents and teams with various marketing tasks.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing, contributing to the overall success of the marketing department. Familiarity with Adobe Workfront, InDesign, and Cognito Forms is highly desirable. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with our entire marketing team on diverse, high-impact projects while learning the ins and outs of management, strategy, and growth firsthand.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Manages the intake of agent/office requests for custom marketing needs.
· Communicates and assists agents and offices on utilizing the overall company templates in our digital marketing center and print on demand center.
· Establishes and maintains a usable and well-communicated schedule for all initiatives.
· Manages varies agent projects and works with design team for implementation and timely delivery of marketing deliverables.
· Works with Director of Marketing, LI on the development and implementation of policies and procedures that will continually improve the agent marketing experience.
· Works with Art Director to ensure that brand creative and collateral/look/feel across key touch points and specific to the marketplace.
· Works with corporate and regional marketing staff to develop, gather and deliver agent marketing needs.
· Ensures all projects meet internal and external expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery timelines, and strategy.
· Communicates progress, risks, expectations, timelines on regional marketing plans.
· Develops and monitors agent marketing activities including annual marketing plan, positioning, advertising, research, etc.
· Coordinates and reserves weekly advertisements with local / national publications.
· Work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and occasional last-minute requests.
· Understand client needs and be willing to help agents understand what they want/need even if they don’t know how to communicate it.
· Collaborate with our regional marketing and design teams, and our national marketing departments.
· May perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Requirements:
· BA in Communications, Marketing, or similar
· Experience as Marketing Coordinator or similar preferred
· Skilled in Google & Microsoft Product Suites
· Experience with Adobe Workfront a plus
· Experience with Cognito Forms a plus
· Strong Grammatical Ability
· Clear and Receptive Communicator
· Comfortable Working to Meet Client Demands
· Ability to Delegate Tasks Among a Team/Develop a Timeline in Order to Meet Deadlines
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
