Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated real estate professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Agent & Real Estate Sales Specialist. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in both sales and rentals, who excels at cold calling, circle prospecting, and client engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a proactive self-starter, and an effective communicator who understands the nuances of the New York City real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and cultivate leads through targeted cold calling and circle prospecting (leads provided).
- Develop relationships with property owners and potential clients through strategic farming and canvassing efforts.
- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, ensuring seamless and successful deal execution.
- Successfully close a minimum of 4 sales transactions and 5-10 rental transactions annually.
- Leverage platforms such as StreetEasy, Resource, Zillow, and other listing tools to manage and optimize property listings.
- Negotiate contracts with precision, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining the highest professional standards.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to provide clients with expert guidance.
- Implement training and feedback from our team to continuously enhance performance and achieve greater success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the New York City real estate market.
- Active and valid New York Real Estate License.
- Demonstrated success in sales and rentals with a strong closing history.
- Exceptional cold-calling and lead-generation capabilities.
- Experience in farming and canvassing for business development.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Proficient in real estate technology, marketing strategies, and listing platforms.
- Adaptable, resilient, and results-oriented with a strategic approach to deal-making.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings, showings, and team activities.
