SALARY RANGE
One time stipend range of $1,865 - $2,304 for the fall and winter seasons. (Depending on Experience) This range is based on the 2024-25 salary scale. The 2025-26 salary scale has not yet been negotiated.
Position is for the 2025-26 school year, contingent on the State’s guidance providing approval to start the sport program and may be prorated if the program is delayed
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to plan, organize and execute practices
Ability to guide and motivate student athletes
Monitor safety of all participants and follow safety protocols
Develop the fundamentals of cheerleading
Supervise student athletes to, at and from events
Ability to communicate with school personnel, student athletes, and parents
Increase athletic participation in the program
Maintain equipment and inventory
Coordinate with the athletic director and others for facility usage
REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to obtain a coaching certificate and First Aid/CPR card.
Must pass the safety certification for coaching cheerleading on the OSAA website.
