QUALIFICATIONSApplicants must hold a Current Oregon Teaching License.Desire and ability to work with a team of professional educators in a small/rural school.Familiarity with instructional, assessment, and classroom management strategies that reflect current research and best practices.Experience working with diverse groups of learners.Knowledge and experience with differentiated instruction.Ability to effectively manage and supervise students and engage them in learning.Knowledge of Professional Learning Communities and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support.Effective oral and written communication skills.Standard First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain certification within two months of hire, may be required.
