DEFINITION OF DUTIES: Coach girls varsity basketball at high school level.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of basketball skills; knowledge, experience and ability to effectively perform the duties of Head Coach as stated in the District Coaches Handbook/Head Coaching Responsibilities; ability to satisfactorily perform all physical requirements of assigned tasks with or without reasonable accommodation; previous successful experience at the high school level or higher; clear direction, goals, and objectives for program success; history of positive influence and interactions with players, coaches, support groups and parents; ability to communicate effectively with parents, administration, players and staff; ability to work with community youth programs; hold or ability to acquire a First Aid/CPR card; hold or ability to acquire ASEP/NFHS, concussion and steroid training.
