Maintenance Worker

Full time maintenance for our properties. Must have skills in general repair, plumbing, electrical, dry wall repairs, painting, installing floors and carpets, cleaning out rentals and getting them ready for new tenants, grass cutting, and yard work. Work schedule is Monday thru Friday 8am-4:30pm. No weekends. You must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Charleston, WV (Required)

Work Location: On the road

Salary : $12 - $15
