Douglas Industries is a 3rd generation, family owned and operated business located in Eldridge, Iowa.
Founded in 1967, the company started out manufacturing industrial fabrics and have since evolved into a full service sports equipment manufacturer.
Our company is rapidly growing and we are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, problem solver to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders for materials/products
- Inventory management
- Quickly respond to customer/vendor requests
- Forecasting
- Relationship building with vendors and suppliers
- Project consultation/product recommendations
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient with Excel
- Experience in Purchasing, Inventory, or Customer Service required
- Must be able to stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Desire to learn new skills and be productive with minimal supervision
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Positive attitude

Requirements:
- Full-Time Position
- M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm
- Previous Purchasing/Inventory/Customer Service experience required.
