Job Objective:
The position will perform maintenance on apartments, commercial spaces, and Self Storage facilities. The position will also assist with maintaining pools and common areas to ensure the safety of our tenants and staff. The ideal candidate will deliver superior customer service and always represent the company in a professional manner while fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with our team, staff, and residents.

- Experience and general knowledge skills of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry are preferred. Additional on-the-job training will be provided as necessary.
- Must be a team player and dependable along with being able to take direction and work independently.
- Dresses per company appearance standards.
- Promptly communicate with the supervisor concerning all maintenance issues at our properties.
- Participate in emergency on-call/after-hours maintenance assignments while adhering to established response times and addresses emergency issues appropriately.
- Observe and promote safety and risk management in accordance with local, federal, state, and company rules and regulations.
- Be or willing to become familiar with all relevant laws and agency regulations, including but not limited to fair housing, disability accommodations, landlord-tenant relationships.
- You must be in good physical condition, can perform any of the required tasks. Ability to work at a fast pace for extended periods of time. You will be required to lift to 100 lbs.
- You must be honest, responsible, mature, dependable, practice good hygiene, and be able to provide your own transportation to and from work. During work hours a work van will be provided.
You must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.

Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 DOE

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Experience: Multi-unit property maintenance preferred
Attendance/Schedule: Regular work schedule for this position will be 5 days Monday thru Friday with work hours from 7:30 AM-4:00 PM. Will work into 4 10 hour days The individual must be punctual and accountable. This position requires the ability to work any day of the week, any week of the year, and to serve as on-call as necessary.
Salary : $21 - $28
