Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customers have a positive experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing assistance with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional, timely, and effective manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records of issues, solutions, and feedback.
- Assist with account management tasks, including account updates, billing inquiries, and service adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, sales, etc.) to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process orders, track shipments, and update customer accounts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer requests.
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.90 - $35.0 per hour
