Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to strategize on lead generation and follow-up initiatives.
- Utilize effective territory management techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role.
- Strong skills in territory management and direct sales strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while understanding customer needs.
- Experience in technology sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
