Do you have a good working knowledge of and the ability to perform professional level maintenance services, such as plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating and air-conditioning, and general construction? The Environmental Services Director manages the housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance departments, while being responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility through preventative maintenance, painting and repairs inside and outside of the facility, and other required tasks. Supervision and direction of staff, conducting routine tests and inspection on various facility systems, and initiating and updating fire and disaster plans for the facility are also required.
Related work and management experience is preferred.
