Temporary 3 day Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Temporary Front Desk Receptionist for 3 days while our other receptionists are on vacation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth operation of our front desk and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for office staff.
- Provide support as a dental or medical receptionist, managing patient records and handling insurance inquiries when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, capable of handling inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications relevant to reception duties is beneficial.
Days Needed are April 7th, 8th and 9th from 7:30 am- 5:00 pm for 28.5 hours
Job Types: Part-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
