Dove Pointe is a non-profit organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking to fill the position of Compliance Director. This position will ensure that Dove Pointe is in compliance with COMAR and DDA Policies. Primary responsibilities will be auditing, research, training and incident investigation. Follow up to ensure plans of correction are being implemented and followed. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in DDA and strong supervision and leadership skills. Must have Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Investigation certificate preferred.
