What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Area Supervisor position at Dove Point Residential Services, Inc.?
Full time position supervising direct support professionals working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Primary duties will be supervision of staff in each area to ensure they understand, are trained, and implement individual IP and BIP. Responsible for the daily staffing schedule to ensure appropriate ratios and services are maintained. Schedule meaningful activities for those attending the day program with emphasis on community-based activities. Must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience. The main hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8a-4p. Additional hours are dependent on the needs of the organization. This position has a full benefit package. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and a DOT physical.
