What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Dove Point Residential Services, Inc.?
Seeking someone to help with administrative functions for licensed DDA facility. Job functions include but are not limited to:
Provides training on Individual Plans as needed
Maintain current information for individuals
Utilize Excel in everyday work practices
Proactively anticipates the needs of the individual and suggests new ideas and programs
Accepts other responsibilities as deemed necessary by immediate supervisor or administration
Must be detailed oriented. 3 years’ experience related to office management with a high school diploma required. All employees must be at least 18 years old, able to pass drug screening, background check and a DOT physical. This is a full-time position and comes with a full benefit package.
