What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Program Director position at Dove Point Residential Services, Inc.?
This position is an on-call salary position. The primary hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, however, there are many times when hours will be necessary outside of these times. Primary responsibilities include oversight of residential services for the individuals we support. This includes oversight of Program Coordinators, the supervisors for residential homes, as well as oversight of Residential Case Managers. This oversight will include scheduling, activity planning, individual planning, team processes, staffing oversight and concerns, monitoring hours for individuals, as well as any licensing requirements for a home. This position is expected to learn and understand all current and upcoming regulation changes, as well as promote a positive working environment with an emphasis on teamwork and organization. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a residential program with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. 2 years of supervisory experience is a plus. Must be able to pass drug screening, background check and a DOT physical.
