We invite you to join our team!-What You'll Do : This is a Weekend Night shift Baylor role : - You work 2 x 12-hour shifts (7P - 7A) 24 hours total.- We pay you for 32 hours.- You will be expected to remain on this schedule for 6 months.- You can pick up additional shifts throughout the week and earn overtime as well if you want to.As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.Key Responsibilities :
Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality careWhat We Deliver :

Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
