As an Accounting Supervisor at Microwave Products Group – Pole / Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will be responsible for all areas of the Financial Shared Services Center, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and General Ledger accounting. The Accounting Supervisor will manage the shared services accounting team to ensure accuracy in accounting operations, adherence to accounting processes and maintaining a strong internal control environment.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Supervise and work directly with Accounts Payable specialist, Accounts receivable specialist and Staff Accountant to ensure that accounting responsibilities are being met timely and accurately
- Supervise month end closing process
- Monitor collection of sales / use tax and associated filings
- Approve weekly pay runs and cash control reconciliations
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders to develop and manage KPIs
- Ensures compliance with all accounting policies and processes
- Ensures compliance with all government contracting requirements
