Job Title : Organizational Development Manager
Location : Conyers, GA or other DFR location (Richmond, VA; Sylmar, CA; Keosauqua, IA; Phoenix, AZ)
What we are looking for :
We are looking for an Organizational Development Manager to lead several processes / functional areas for the Dover Food Retail team, including Talent Development, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, etc.
What you will be responsible for in this role :
- Design, build, and facilitate learning and development courses and initiatives across the organization
- Collaborate with leaders to drive organizational change, manage team dynamics, and support strategic business objectives
- Lead the Individual Development plan process and related Performance Management processes
- Lead DFR’s Talent Review process, which involves identifying key roles and high-potential employees as a part of succession planning
- Serve as a coach / facilitator with People Leaders across the organization.
- Lead Change Leadership initiatives across the organization
- Ensure that all talent management practices comply with legal regulations and industry standards
- Monitor, analyze, and report on metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of talent initiatives
