Summary :
As a RF Systems Engineer at Microwave Products Group – Pole / Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by designing and validating RF systems and components to meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. You will drive innovation and contribute to cross-functional collaboration to ensure RF solutions meet technical and business goals.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Design and analyze analog RF circuits and systems (schematic and layout design) ensuring performance and manufacturability.
- Develop system concept / block diagram and specify the internal modules required to meet system performance.
- Integrate analog and digital interfaces to ensure system functionality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards (EMI / EMC, thermal).
- Ability to simulate and analyze the performance of both large and small scale interdisciplinary electronic systems.
- Develop performance validation methodologies and ensure designs are rigorously tested and characterized.
- Collaborate with PCB designers to optimize RF layout and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design issues at all stages—schematic, layout, assembly, and system integration.
- Support sales and marketing by developing proposals and clearly communicating product value to customers.
