About the role :

We strive to improve lives by connecting people and information through the physical world. We work with premiere Out-of-Home agencies and operators to amplify traditional media through existing digital technologies like Mobile Geofencing and Mobile Retargeting.

We are seeking an energetic Sr Media Advisor to guide our customers and field Media sales opportunities. You will create and communicate innovative advertising proposals to Out of Home agencies and vendors. This position entails all aspects of Digital Ad Sales - including client meetings, proposal creation, daily outreach, and working closely with internal support teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Become an expert in digital advertising and its intersection with the Out-of-Home (OOH) media space.
  • Develop expertise in integrating OOH with Mobile Geo-fencing, Digital Amplification, and Mobile Retargeting to deliver impactful, cross-channel ad campaigns.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with Media Agencies, holding companies, and OOH operators, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on goals.
  • Partner with clients to deeply understand their campaign objectives and craft customized solutions that deliver measurable success.
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage pipelines, track progress, and ensure accurate sales forecasting and data integrity.
  • Present post-campaign highlights, emphasizing performance insights to secure renewals and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry innovations and market shifts to identify new opportunities and keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Represent Blue Bite at premier industry events.

Qualifications :

  • Preferably located in or around New York / Tri-State area.
  • At least 3 years of experience in OOH media sales, planning, or working with OOH vendors / operators.
  • Strong understanding of the OOH ecosystem, including how mobile retargeting enhances OOH campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing responsibilities independently while actively contributing to team goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excelling across phone, email, Slack, and in-person interactions.
  • High standards for sales excellence, with a focus on forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene.
  • Work Arrangement : Hybrid

    Salary Range : $86,000.00 - $105,000.00
