Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead a team of quality assurance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of quality in all aspects of production.
- Implement and maintain the quality management system in accordance to ISO 9001 : 2015
- Develop, review, and update quality procedures and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and address quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are issued and completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team, including procurement, engineering, and manufacturing, to address quality concerns.
- Utilizes problem solving methodologies such as PDCA, SWOT, Fishbone, Pareto, 8D, A3, 5Why, etc in order to define the problem, determine root cause and put in place solutions to correct and prevent the quality issues. Will also mentor the quality team members with use of these tools.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations and implementing necessary actions.
- Support customer audits and inquiries, addressing any quality-related concerns and providing necessary documentation and evidence.
