About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating manual machines, including mills and lathes, to perform machining operations.
- Sets up and operates manual machines to perform machining operations by performing the following duties.
- Reads, processes sheets, blueprints, and sketches of part to determine machining to be done, dimensional specifications, setup, and operating requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and select proper tooling for operations being performed.
- Calculate proper feeds and speeds for a variety of steel grades, copper, brass, aluminum, and bronze.
- Understand applicable quality systems and perform necessary quality inspections.
