Dover High School and Regional Career Technical Center seeks a dynamic educational leader who will be part of an eight-person administrative team. The Dean of Instruction is responsible for organizing, communicating, leading, and supporting curriculum instructional initiatives and assessment programs that support a competency-based education, MTSS, and Portrait of a Learning while aligning with the schools and districts mission and framework. This position also includes responsibilities in the areas of teacher supervision and evaluation, induction and professional development, school-wide assessment, scheduling, and student supervision. The Dean of Instruction works with district and other building administrators to ensure alignment of scope and sequence and the use of research-based practices.
