The Sherborn Public School System seeks an experienced, creative, skilled, and dynamic Adjustment Counselor to support PreK-Grade 5 students with social/emotional/behavioral challenges for the 2025-2026 SY.The counselor will provide individual and small-group counseling and skills-based instruction to students. In addition, the counselor will consult and collaborate with staff, teachers, administrators, caregivers, and outside support professionals to support the success of students and the development of individualized programming. The counselor will work collaboratively with district counselors and psychologists to enhance mental health support and services district-wide.A successful candidate will have a Master's degree and at least 1-3 years of experience working in a school setting. Effective strategies for engaging and empowering students, cultural proficiency and responsiveness, and differentiating learning are essential.
