What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representatives - Onsite_SRT position at DoverSolutions?
DoverStaffing, is currently seeking Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our client in the downtown Atlanta, GA location. These positions are long-term temporary assignments.
Paid Training (4 days) will be provided for all selected candidates
The training class hours will be Monday - Friday 9 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm onsite.
S hift hours are between 7 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm but we prefer flexibility .
Responsibilities :
Experienced customer-service call center representatives are needed to work in a high-volume call center.

Requirements :
2-4 years' experience in a high-volume call center environment
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Knowledge and proficient computer skills in MS Office to include Outlook
Ability to learn processes, procedures, and apply knowledge acquired
For Bilingual applicants, required language is Spanish and English speaking, read, and written communications.
Strong critical thinking skills and analytical ability
Excellent customer service orientation
Excellent time management skills
Ability to type 45-50 wpm or high keystrokes per hour
Hourly Pay Rate : $16.00 for Non-bilingual, $18.00 for Bilingual (Spanish)
