Utility Project Analysis Coordinator
Pay Rate: $26 Hourly
Location: Atlanta, GA
Number of Positions: 1
Projected Start Date: 6/6/2025
Projected End Date: TBD
Directly supports the manager and the lead cross-bore analyst with project management processes through the full project life cycle of sewer inspections and cross-bore remediation.
Willing to assist team members as needed. Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including individual customers and municipalities.
Actively engages in ongoing quality and project management. Reviews and monitors videos and project data for quality and accuracy. Manages storage and review of project deliverable files for quality and completeness .Also includes but is not limited to:
- Creating project work packages.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules.
- Reviewing and processing invoices.
- Maintaining budgets.
- Delivering project reports in multiple formats.
Helps oversee contractors to support program requirements and change initiatives. Recommends and assists with utilizing lessons learned to implement process improvements. Helps facilitate internal and contractor team meetings and document agreements and results. Addresses deficiencies head-on and works to develop and monitor corrective action plans.
Works daily in multiple IT programs and systems to include but not limited to: Excel, SharePoint, Smart sheets, Power BI, GIS, and Work Management Systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in sewer inspections, natural gas, or utility construction is preferred.
- Equivalent military experience will be considered.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or CAPM) is a plus.
Other Details: Work primarily in an office setting with occasional field visits.
