What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef de Cuisine/Sous Chef position at Dovetail Restaurant?
Dovetail Restaurant is a neighborhood bistro in Charlestown and we are looking for an ambitious Chef de Cuisine and / or Sous Chef to help run our small but mighty kitchen. The position requires dedication, attention to detail, creativity and a strong work ethic. We need someone who sees everything going on around them, can think on their feet, troubleshoot and keep things tight. We have a strong and experienced group of cooks and you will work directly with the Chef / Owner and FOH owners on a daily basis. We believe successful hospitality combines a strong FOH and BOH team relationship, happy employees, and an overwhelming desire to make sure guests have the best experience that we can give them.
