As a Procurement Agent II (CSR) at Dow Aero, your duties will require confidentiality, initiative, sound decision-making, independent judgment, and the ability to escalate serious or unique problems promptly to superiors. Essential functions

- Communicate with numerous customers and vendors on a daily basis (via e-mail, phone calls, virtual meetings, etc.);
- Create purchase, repair, work, and/or manufacturing orders;
- Maintain up to date status on open orders;
- Prepare and send quotes to customers;
- Prepare paperwork to ship items to customers;
- Prioritize workload while still completing tasks in a timely manner and/or by the due date; and
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, vendors, staff, and guests.

Required Education or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED;
- Three (3) or more years of sales/procurement and customer service experience; and
- Solid understanding of working on Windows computer operating systems; and
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software—primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Education or Experience
- Associate degree in relevant field; and
- General understanding of QuickBooks or other accounting software; and
- Aviation industry work history.
Primary Work Environments
- Climate controlled office.

- Self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision and aptitude to learning quickly while thinking “outside of the box.”
