Server/Wait Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist guests with any inquiries regarding the menu, making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests.
• Uphold guest relations by providing attentive service and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
