Marketing Creative Brand Strategist
What You'll Do:
Lead Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
- Champion our brand identity and ensure consistency across all member and employee communications.
- Evolve and manage brand guidelines, visual tone, and messaging strategy.
- Translate marketing goals into strong, creative campaigns that inspire and engage.
Execute Powerful Creative
- Design high-quality digital and print assets-ads, social graphics, presentations, signage, and more.
- Produce photography and video content that brings our brand to life.
- Oversee production timelines, ensuring every project meets our standards and deadlines.
Drive Campaign & Member Experience Alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative strategies that span paid, owned, and earned media.
- Maintain consistency across the entire member journey-from digital to community events.
- Create branded materials to support outreach, education, and community engagement.
Manage Assets & Inspire Innovation
- Maintain a central repository of templates, assets, and brand materials.
- Stay ahead of creative and marketing trends-bringing fresh ideas and tools to the table.
What You Bring
- 5 years in marketing design or brand strategy, ideally in a member- or mission-driven organization.
- Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with photography, video production, and developing brand identity systems.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate with clarity and creativity.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working occasional evenings/weekends for events.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs of marketing materials and equipment.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic office environment with frequent interaction and collaboration.
