THE POSITION: Dietary Aide (Food Service Associate)

THE HOURS – WE’VE GOT OPTIONS!
Work a set schedule that fits your life:
- Early Bird Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (8 or 16 hours/week)
- Mid-Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (24 hours/week)
- After-School Shift: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (6 or 12 hours/week)
All positions will have an every-other weekend rotation.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll help make mealtimes meaningful by:
You’ll help make mealtimes meaningful by:
- Prepping and serving meals with love, care, and safety.
- Following simple instructions from our cooks and culinary team.
- Assembling trays, preparing salads and desserts, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
- Delivering food to residents and dining areas.
- Operating dishwashers, sweeping/mopping, and maintaining clean serving areas.
- Assisting with stocking, portion control, and basic cashier duties.
- Being friendly, respectful, and team-oriented every step of the way.
THE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A heart for service and a positive attitude!
- Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a warm or cold kitchen environment.
- Previous food service experience is a bonus, but we’ll train the right people!
- High school diploma or GED preferred—but students welcome!
- Able to follow directions, work as part of a team, and stay organized.
- May need SERV Safe Certification.
