Position Overview
The Account Manager – B2B Sales is primarily responsible for developing and expanding business within a designated territory. This role focuses on managing and growing existing accounts while also acquiring new business, both from direct outreach and leads provided by external partners. Working closely with DOW management, you’ll have the support you need to succeed and help your customers achieve their goals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for accounts within your designated territory.
- Increase profitability and expand DOW’s market footprint in your assigned territory.
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, online presentations, screen share, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with DOW management, fellow Account Managers, and other internal teams.
- Conduct monthly analysis of your territory, including significant account changes and competitive intelligence.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions to conflicts.
- Enhance DOW's reputation and increase sales by actively exploring new business opportunities.
- Regularly meet with DOW management to discuss vision and business strategy.
- Travel as required, including overnight and short-term travel.
Required Qualifications:
- Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong drive to learn new technologies and products.
- Self-starter with a passion for success and a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to work at a computer and use a telephone for extended periods.
- Capable of performing general office tasks and administrative duties.
- Able to stoop, kneel, bend, and reach frequently.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable driving 3-5 days a week for up to 8-10 hours a day.
- Ability to travel by air as necessary.
- Ability to maintain a constant state of alertness and safety.

Salary : $40,500 - $50,000
