As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ERP Data Entry Specialist to join our team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our product data systems.
The ERP Data Entry Specialist is responsible for the accurate creation, maintenance, and updating of product records within our ERP system and integrated B2B e-commerce platform. This role ensures that all product information—descriptions, pricing, images, UPCs, specifications, and vendor details—is accurate, consistent, and up to date, supporting purchasing, sales, and online customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain product records in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (ERP).
- Input and update critical product details, including SKU numbers, UPCs, pricing, vendor data, images, and product descriptions.
- Ensure product data integrity across the ERP and e-commerce platform (eShop).
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather and verify product information.
- Upload product images and assets and ensure compatibility with e-commerce standards.
- Troubleshoot product data discrepancies and work with DOW team or external vendor teams for resolution.
- Support item setup for new product launches, vendor onboarding, and promotions.
- Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and system cleanliness.
- Assist in product data imports/exports and manage large data sets using Excel or CSV files.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in ERP data entry, product setup, or e-commerce catalog management (experience in electronics distribution preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems strongly preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with product spec sheets, UPC codes, and technical descriptions a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $21-$23/hr, based on experience
