Responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Heat Treat Operator is responsible for all furnace checks, gas checks, and log recordings; loading of furnaces and unloading per recipe and alarm; providing additional support to part setting as is necessary. Respect for quality and safety are crucial.
This is an 8 hour shift Sunday through Thursday 11:00 pm through 7:30 am.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a:
- High School education or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs. intermittently.
- Ability to stand for 12 hours and work every other weekend.
- Respect for and adherence to safety guidelines.
Minimum starting pay is from $19.80/hr. for no production experience and higher for candidates having experience in a production environment. Additional $1.25/hr. pay for any hours worked 5 pm to 5 am.
