Responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Associate will be trained and rotate between part sorting, the paint room, setting, and blasting. The main responsibility of this role; however, will be in part sorting in our salt coatings department. Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
Shift hours are Sunday through Thursday night 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.
Starting pay is $18.54/hr and up 1.25 shift differential. Benefits (zero deductible health care plan), dental, vision, disability, life, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- A high school education or equivalent.
- Basic math comprehension skills.
- Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting, repetitive motion bending and stretching, and standing.
- A solid work record is required for consideration.
All hires must successfully complete a comprehensive background check, including criminal and a 9 panel drug screen.
