POSITION: Justus Gage Elementary Head Custodian
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities and prior experience.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Director of Facilities deem necessary.
DUTIES: Daily cleaning of the building.
Hardwood floor care.
Carpet care.
Monthly inspections of building and grounds.
Basic diagnosis and repair of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Any such task deemed necessary by the Maintenance Supervisor or Principal.
HOURS: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
3:30 pm - 11:00 pm (subject to change)
Lunch 7:00 - 7:30 (subject to change)
STARTING DATE: April 10, 2025
DEADLINE TO APPLY: Until position is filled
SALARY AND BENEFITS: As per DUESPA contract
