- Demonstrated ability to relate to young men and serve as a positive role model
- Experience working with multi-cultural and racially diverse student/athlete population
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Ability to establish reasonable and consistent expectations for performance and conduct of students/athletes
- Willingness to commit to a year round program
- Willingness to work with a cohesive staff
