Job Summary
We are seeking a highly talented and driven operations professional to join our team in Parsippany! This person will be managing and spearheading all operations in our SaaS division to ensure the smooth and highly efficient delivery of dealer and client experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering and executing operational excellence in a fast-paced corporate environment. F&I, Insurance, or Automotive industries are highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the division's operational activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflows within the team.
- Manage a team of direct reports and ensure all essential tasks are delegated to appropriate parties.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and present operational performance reports to executive leadership.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the ongoing development of the division's operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to support company objectives.
- Lead, manage, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
- Manage and allocate the operations budget effectively.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Implement and manage change management processes to support business initiatives.
- Oversee and manage critical projects to ensure successful execution.
- Assist in developing and monitoring capital and operating budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve company objectives.
- Responsible for continuous process improvement of the business's operations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate reports of all business updates, project timelines, deliverables, and task checklists.
- Act as main point of contact for escalated client or internal issues related to the division's operational functions.
- Partner with executive leadership on an ongoing basis for reporting and to ensure business objectives are being fulfilled timely.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as needed.
- General administrative responsibilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
- Minimum of 10 years of Operations Management experience
- F&I, Insurance, or Automotive industry highly preferred, but not required
- Proven leadership skills and capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Superior attention to detail, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to resolve issues with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience implementing operating procedures, managing projects, and creating operational excellence.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with SaaS and CRM a plus.
