Position: Registrar
Department: Administration
Reports to: Assistant Principal for Academics
FLSA: Full-time, Exempt
Position Purpose: Maintain accurate comprehensive student records, from initial admission through graduation. Assists the Assistant Principal for Academics with scheduling, grading, progress reports, forwarding of transcripts, and maintenance of permanent records.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive student records, while maintaining and complying with confidentiality requirements
- Provide any/all appropriate information in the grading/scheduling process
- Assist with maintenance and direction of administrative software systems
- Pull and manipulate data to compile specified reports to support the needs of administration
Required Skills:
- Verbal/written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Facility with computer systems appropriate for various data entry responsibilities
- Familiarity with student information systems, NCAA/NAIA Eligibility Centers, ACT/SAT score reporting, and other academic portals a plus.
Education/Training and/or Experience Requirements:
- Experience with record keeping and data entry
- Technology proficiency
- Required - Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs
- Preferred - Microsoft Access/database
- Associate’s/Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
