At Dowling Family Eye Care, we believe in giving our optometrists the freedom to do what they do best – care for patients. Our private practice has been operating for over 20 years and remains a patient/family-focused environment! We focus on giving our patients personalized care and taking time to listen to their concerns. We are actively looking for a part-time or full-time OD to practice full-scope services to all ages.

What We’re Looking For:
· An experienced Optometrist, or recent graduate who is ready to take full control of their patient care, from diagnosis to treatment. Someone who thrives in a relaxed, friendly environment.
· Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills to access and treat a wide range of vision issues.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills – building rapport with staff & patients is key.
Compensation:
· Competitive Salary performance-based bonuses.
· CE allowance based on hours worked
· Will cover malpractice insurance and state association fees
· Assistance with moving costs and finding housing if needed
