We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to oversee the construction of single-family homes for our private home-building company. This role involves managing all aspects of the building process, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. The Project Manager will report directly to the owner and follow the company’s systems to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction of single-family homes from start to finish.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with the owner regarding project status, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Track project costs and profitability to ensure financial goals are met.
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of project timelines, expenses, and work progress.
- Follow the company’s systems and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
