Job Description
- Demonstrate and sell vehicles to customers
- Attend sales meetings to stay informed about industry developments and sales strategies
- Foster strong relationships with repeat and referred customers
- Maintain or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals
- Utilize a CRM to generate leads and manage customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, including current market trends and competitors
- Comply with federal, state, and local laws governing retail automotive sales
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Valid driver's license and insurability
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to meet sales quotas according to dealership standards
